Cherie Leigh

Cherie Leigh is an author, illustrator, award winning poet and artist. She enjoys creating any kind of work that expresses beauty, love, emotional integrity or spiritual connection.

Her first novel was an adventure story about a unicorn called, "The Healing Touch, The Story of Falina's Gift." She is sentimental over her first book because she wrote it for her four children. However, children and adults alike read the book with much enjoyment of the story's deep themes and moral values presented in a spiritual context.

Cherie is best known for her collections of poetry in books. Her favorite genre of poetry is love and romance. She is affectionately called, "The Queen of Romance," by her peer poets. She has a very passionate and spiritual nature that comes through her work.

Cherie resides in North Carolina. She finds its beauty in nature to be very inspiring and a conducive environment for art and writing.
