Senyo M. Adjabeng

Senyo M. Adjabeng is a Labour Mediator and Arbitrator for nearly 20 years. He is the Founder of CAS, LLC a Labour Consulting and Disputes Resolution Firm in Accra - Ghana. Senyo is also a trained Non-Executive Director and a member of the Institute of Directors, IoD (Ghana).

He holds a degree in Minerals Processing and Metallurgical Engineering and a Masters in Conflict Peace and Security Studies He also holds graduate qualifications in Business Administration and International Relations and Diplomacy.

He is the author of the Books “Career Toolkit for Successful Job Hunting”, "51Rules for the Perfect Gentleman" and several other articles on Corporate Governance, Disputes Resolution, Human Resource Management and Comparative Labour Laws.

Senyo has worked in Private and Public Sectors such as Banking, Manufacturing, Judicial Service and now Construction and Mining. He has been closely associated with the Oil and Gas and other extractive sectors and currently the Country Director at WBHO Ghana Ltd, a Multinational Building and Mining Construction Company operating in Ghana since 2005.
