Ramesh Rajini

Ramesh Rajini is a Golden Book Award-winning Author of her debut book "Friction-Free Parenting". She is a Learning & Development Coach, Award Winning International Inspiring Best Women Performer, Women Changemaker, and Women Techmaker Ambassador. She is a blogger, urban gardener, musician, and a mother of two children. She has mentored thousands of people globally with over 15+ of experience.

She combines learnings from several fields, such as music, gardening, and blogging, into her work. Through her passion and Corporate Social Responsibility, she mentors India through NASSCOM programs. She has mentored women journalists on Digital Literacy and enabled them to overcome the pandemic times of employment tides.

She believes, “We can achieve more when we avoid situations that steal our time and energy. Friction-free living elevates us to such a divine state. It gives room to own our time, breathe and pursue our passions, avoid mental blocks, and nurture healthy relationships.” She is on a mission to empower at least a million parents to become “Friction-free.”
