Rebecca Snelling

Rebecca Snelling is a leadership coach, consultant, facilitator and trainer. As the founder and owner of RS Consulting, she coaches individuals, teams and organizations on leadership and transformation with a focus on advancing culture.

Rebecca learned Choosing By Advantages Sound Decisionmaking directly from Jim and Margaret Suhr, earning her Master Trainer status for CBA in 2012. She has taught dozens of CBA classes and courses, and trained hundreds of people in CBA. She is also Dare to Lead™ trained and is a Certified Instructor for the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) courses.

Rebecca is active in the Design and Construction industry, speaking at industry events and on various podcasts across the US and abroad. Rebecca has written many white papers and blogs, as well as developed and delivered training materials on CBA, Leadership, Team Building and Lean tools, processes and behaviors.

Rebecca spent the first chapters of her life in eastern Pennsylvania and now resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with her husband Eric and daughter Claire.
