A Technologist at heart who started the journey by building parsers and symbol table analyzers for C language, to working with SCSI device drivers to contribute to W3C standards and implementing new ones to graph database experts, have been part of designing and building some complex and intersting solutions across Retail, Pharma, Finance and manufacturing sectors.

With over 25 years of experience designing and building products from the ground up, I have worked with various technologies and built custom protocols to solve problems across various domains. Experience gained from building cutting-edge applications like SMS-based sports score alerts, credit card fraud alerts, and combining web and speech to navigate and fill forms using speech in 2000 before they were mainstream. Architected and led the team to build an application development platform based on W3C Multimodal Interaction (MMI) specification that gives a single platform to develop applications that can be adapted to all mobile and desktop platforms and successfully got them adapted to large enterprise customers. Lead the digital transformation of those enterprises by guiding them to build applications on this platform.

Past and current industry domains include Healthcare, Customer 260, Retail, Financial Services, and Defence. The functional aspects include Data mining, Supply chain Management, building Digital twins, product recommendations, market analysis for drug launches, and chronic disease analysis.

The current focus is machine learning and graph-based analytics to support technology transformation efforts.
