Jennifer Traynor

Jennifer Traynor is a writer and editor in Calgary, Alberta, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their family dog. After more than 20 years of working in corporate jobs, she took a leap of faith to start her own business and support other female entrepreneurs. While struggling with her mental health, she went on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and self-love. This prompted her to step forward to motivate and inspire other women to do the same.
