Elizabeth Crawford or Coach Liz is a Certified Career and Personal Development Coach, Certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), Consultant, National and International Best-Selling Author, Speaker and Entrepreneur who also holds a Certificate from E-Cornell University in Women Entrepreneurship. Coach Liz holds a Master's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education from Northwestern State University. She is the CEO of Wisdom & Insights and Self Invest 101. Currently residing in the Columbia, SC area, where she tirelessly works to ensure that women in her community have access to the education, tools and resources needed to excel in their corporate career fields and thrive in business.

With the onset of the pandemic in 2020, Coach Liz decided to make good use of the shutdown by becoming certified as a Coach. It was a time of uncertainty and a time where the world had to 'pivot and shift' from the way we conducted business. We learned the importance of staying connected while working from home with platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Streamyard, etc. We also learned the importance of connectivity and socialization. We had to adapt to conducting business as usual in innovative ways we never expected. This ignited an interest and passion that led to the birth of Wisdom & Insights LLC. Based on biblical scripture, Proverbs 4:7 "Wisdom is the principle thing; therefore, get wisdom and in all thy getting, get understanding".

With over 20 years experience working with military service members and their families on various programs and life skills, Coach Liz developed and defined her niche in assisting military spouses in meeting and exceeding career goals. But, she not only works with military spouses, she works with christian women in developing a career brand, deciding on career pathways, transitioning from employee to business leader and pursuing education goals! She does this using a holistic approach catering to her client's mind, body and spirit! Wisdom & Insights incorporates practical biblical application in assisting clients with eliminating limiting beliefs and establishing balance. As an added bonus Self Invest 101, a series of personal and professional development courses will be introduced second quarter 2023, with such offers as Goal Setting 101, Discovering Your Why, Employee to Entrepreneurship and more!

Today, Coach Liz is still pursuing her passion by coaching military spouses for a government contract company as well as running her coaching practice. She speaks on various platforms and virtual stages nationally and internationally. She has authored four books to date with a fifth currently in production. She officially became an author in the spring of 2020. She volunteers at her church and within the community. In her spare time, Coach Liz likes to travel to exotic locations, eat great food and meet new people. When she isn't travelling you will find her curled up on the couch with a good book and a cup of tea.
