Shannon Ebron

Shannon Ebron, MS, RDN, LD is a registered and licensed dietitian who has been employed in various school nutrition services roles for nine years. She has experience in urban and suburban school districts, and centralized kitchen operations. As a champion for healthy school meals for all, Shannon has exposed students to a variety of healthy food choices by way of innovative menu planning, grant writing, nutrition education programming, alternative breakfast models and social media marketing. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the School Nutrition Association, and the School Nutrition Services Dietetics Practice Group. Shannon is a graduate of Tennessee State University and Fontbonne University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Family & Consumer Sciences, and a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University.
