Jason McGee

Jason McGee is a Principal Architect for cloud infrastructure, but his family simply refers to him as a "computer nerd". He is currently working as the chief technical architect for the Cloud Infrastructure and Software group at Cisco. Jason came to Cisco in 2009 to help launch the highly successful Nexus platform of switches and the Unified Computing System. Before joining the Cisco data center team, Jason spent time at Compaq and HP as both a Systems Software Engineer and as an Infrastructure Architect, where he specialized on blade architectures and systems management software.

Jason currently resides in Texas, and though not very fast he's an avid runner who frequently participates in marathons and trail runs.
