Allison Bratsch

Allison Bratsch is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and the Founder & CEO of Center for Resilience Strategies (CRS). She has spent the last 14 years working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to combat the effects of stress, trauma, mental illness, and more. CRS provides counseling, coaching, and consultation services statewide in Colorado. CRS’ mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and effective mental health services to individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Allison's passion lies in providing her team with a supportive and empowering space to grow and thrive as mental health professionals. Her broader life mission is to change the culture of mental health by inspiring others to make emotional health and wellness a priority. She’s obsessed with personal growth and mental wellness, particularly for mothers. She believes she was put on this earth to discover her best self, and to help others do the same. When she's not supporting her team, dreaming up new ideas, writing, or creating, she's chasing after her two little girls and exploring the world.
