Michael Gaigg

Michael Gaigg is Group User Interface Engineer Manager at Esri Inc. As a UX consultant, he works with customers such as Fortune 500 companies and US federal agencies to review their map apps, and leads teams during the UX research and UI design process. Throughout his more than three decades of web design experience, he has guided the creation of countless apps from conceptualization to implementation. He is author of the Esri Press books "Designing Map Interfaces" and "Top 20 Essential Skills for ArcGIS Experience Builder", and is a frequent speaker at conferences.
