Activate the Third Space (2022) presents a road map for how every employee, not just those in the C-suites, can take personal responsibility to ensure organizational success. Written with the acclaimed executive coach Bill Cornwell, Activate the Third Space answers the question, “If people are a company’s best resources, why are their voices and ideas unheard?” Part fictional narrative, part intellectual discourse and field guide, Activate the Third Space is a captivating tale that will transform modern organizations.
