Martin Leitner

Born in Vienna in 1963. After secondary school, trained as an electrical engineer at the Vienna University of Technology, worked as a conference technician at the United Nations and computer programmer for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Studied theology in Vienna and Heiligenkreuz from 1990. Ordained priest in 1998. Worked as chaplain and parish priest for 18 years in Vienna and Lower Austria. Since 2016, director of the inter-diocesan Leopoldinum Seminary in Heiligenkreuz.
