Why Children's Books?
While treating postpartum patients, Danielle noticed that these women were often experiencing a lot of stress, and were left feeling very fatigued by the end of each day. They had little time to dedicate to a mental-emotional-spiritual practice, which is known to help decrease perceived levels of stress, and increase energy levels. Danielle realized that most parents were reading books to their children only a daily basis --- so what better way to reach young parents AND children than through mindful books?
