I come from a family of bakers. My father was a baker my uncle was a baker, and I've been in this business since I was a kid. I wanted to bring this art into people's homes however we needed something that would make it easy to bake. The bread machine is ideal for those who want to make their bread at home and by themselves, without wasting too much time. I love baking the smell of freshly made bread intoxicates me, and I can't wait to taste it. The difference between a dish baked by you and the same dish bought ready-made is enormous in terms of taste, flavor, and healthiness.
