His quest for broader knowledge and diverse experiences took him across Europe and eventually to the University of Dublin, Ireland, where he specialized in education finance and cognitive learning theories.

An MBA program catalyzed a transition into international business and finance. His career began with a residential posting in Cairo, Egypt, where he contributed to the technological overhaul of the national telephone Co. Subsequently, he joined a U.S. government development investment bank. During his nine-year tenure, he facilitated projects in 23 countries, and structured 126 international corp ventures, demonstrating a profound impact on innovation transfer, local employment, and global economic development.

Driven by entrepreneurial ambition, Dr. Fisher founded and developed teams for ten startups over 28 years within the financial services sector, including leasing, mutual insurance, investment banking, and business advisory. As a co-founder, he successfully raised significant startup capital, with notable recognition for his digital financial literacy startup being selected for the prestigious FinTech HIVE accelerator in Dubai, UAE.

Dr. Fisher’s most recent publication, Evolved Spiritual Intelligence, delves into the realm of spiritual intelligence (SQ) leadership. SQ integrates cognitive, emotional, and spiritual dimensions to foster holistic leadership capabilities, emphasizing authentic presence, intrinsic motivation, and ethical stewardship.
