Kelsey Lizee Cecil

Kelsey wrote Rally Takes the Train to make her Mom’s dream of writing a book about their family corgi, Rally, a reality. She is from Southern California and lives with her husband, son, and two corgis. This is her first children’s book and it is dedicated in loving memory to her parents who were Rally’s best friends.
