Daniel Aschheim

Daniel Aschheim (Ph.D.) is an Israeli diplomat and the Director of the Diplomatic Cadet Course, shaping the next generation of leaders in international relations. He previously served as Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest (based in Chicago, IL) and as Deputy Chief of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Dakar, Senegal.

Before entering diplomacy, Aschheim, a native of Jerusalem, held leadership roles as a director and advisor in the public and NGO sectors. He also worked as a senior trainer, specializing in leadership development, communication, and public speaking across business, public, and educational environments.

Aschheim holds a Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he also earned his MA (cum laude) in European Studies. He completed his BA (cum laude) in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy at Reichman University.

Passionate about fostering understanding and cooperation, Aschheim continues to inspire individuals to connect across boundaries and make a meaningful impact in today’s interconnected world.
