Chuck Evans

Chuck Evans is a Team Manager for a major insurance company who adopted a sibling group of four at the age of fifty. He found himself with 5 children under 5 at 50. As his life turned upside down, he educated himself about the foster care system leading to the formation of Homebase Orphan Care. Homebase is a nonprofit organization meeting the needs of children in the foster system. He found a need that broke his heart, and he is breaking his back to meet the need. He has dedicated his life to being a voice for children in need.
