Akshay Mangla

Akshay Mangla is Associate Professor of International Business at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He specializes in comparative politics and the political economy of development, with regional expertise in South Asia. Akshay uses field research methods to study the politics and institutional mechanisms of inclusive development. His research spans several topics, including: bureaucracy, governance, education, policy implementation, policing and security, public service delivery and social welfare.
