Ken Bouyer

Ken was born and raised in Queens, New York. A first-generation, African American College student who has had to overcome many obstacles on his Journey to and throughout his 30+ year career in corporate America. Ken has worked for a Global Professional services Firm as a Consultant, Auditor and as a DEI practioner. Ken regularly meets with businesses, universities and other organizations advising on creating and updating DEI strategies, and is an active mentor to many professionals and students. Ken is known throughout the business community as a leader in area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. A testament to this: Ken was named among the 2022 Class of Influential Leaders by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business for inspiring the next generation of business leaders. Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York. He is a lifetime member of the National Association of Black Accountants and the ALPFA organization. Ken has a National Association of Corporate Directors Certification and Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
