Ann L Coker

Ann L. Coker graduated from Asbury College (University) 20 years after completing high school in her hometown of Mobile, Alabama. Ann's editorial training came from working as managing editor of Good News magazine. Ann contributed annotations for The Woman's Study Bible, NKJV. Ann has devotions published in various periodicals. Her husband, Bill (1935-2024), was a former professor (Asbury) and pastor (World Gospel Church). They have four children, ten grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Ann has overseen the publication of Bill's sermons and prayers into four books found on Amazon. With a tech team, Ann writes scripts for his podcast Words of Endearment with Bill Coker. Ann's website includes blog posts. Ann is a member of BookCamp, with Chad R. Allen as coach, and Heartland Christian Writers in Indianapolis, where she lives. In 2023, EABooks published her first book, Journey with Bunyan's Pilgrim: A Companion Guide for The Pilgrim's Progress. An invitation to journal is one unique feature. In February 2026, Ann self-published her second book, An Honest Caregiver: Facing the Reality of My Husband's Dementia, available on Amazon. Her hobbies include coloring books, reading, and making greeting cards.
