Stacey’s passions led her into the world of coaching. Stacey has achieved certification in Executive Coaching (CEC), Professional Coaching (PCC), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, EQ-I 2.0/EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence), and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Stacey has worked extensively with individuals and couples, non-profit organizations, small business owners, and senior executives of large corporations. Though the industries and people were different, Stacey quickly discovered that each person and organization had key things in common: the human condition and the range of emotional blocks that were holding them back.

After years of working with the traditional coaching models, Stacey realized that she wanted to create a new coaching model that gave her clients a deeper understanding of themselves and enabled them to see results quickly. Stacey developed a self-discovery model now known as the STRETCH ModelTM. Each step in this coaching model serves as a guide that takes her clients through the process of overcoming the emotional blocks that have stopped them from having the business, relationship, or life that they want.
