Irene Buckler

A keen observer, Irene Buckler finds human behaviour an endless source of inspiration. She enjoys writing about people, how they interact with each other and how they handle the situations in which they find themselves. A winner and runner-up in national and international flash fiction competitions, Irene's stories and poems have been published in Australia, the United Kingdom and online. In addition, her story "Nightfall" was published in "Award Winning Australian Writers, 2017" (Melbourne Press). Irene lives in sunny Sydney with a growing menagerie of rescued wildlife.
