Paul Barile is a Chicago native, the author of published plays, poetry, novels and graphic novels. The Lucha Libra Legends series is his first children’s book but he has a background in special education and HeadStart and was a summer camp counselor both day and residential. He teaches acting, improv and film-making to 7-13 year olds and has done for 12 years. He has had his plays performed all over the world. He has written and directed several movies as well as being a professional actor. He is very active on social media with stories, monologues, poetry and improvised pieces.
