Dr. Paula Schuh Berbeco

Dr. Paula Schuh Berbeco resides with her husband of 30 years, Bob, and

beloved cats in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Paula has over 25 years of

healthcare leadership experience in provider and payer organizations. Her

specialty is as an innovation advocate and change agent passionate about

improving services or processes that create proven results with lasting

impact. Her experience successfully leading multiple IT and business

complex and simultaneous strategic programs for local, regional, and

national efforts has contributed to her understanding of the challenges and

opportunities facing the different levels of workers in organizations today.

Her academic background includes multiple degrees and certifications in business and psychology. Dr.

Paula received her doctorate in Psychology, Organizational Development, and Leadership at Touro
