Ronee Andersen

Ronee is a lifelong learner and personal development enthusiast. She has 20 years of progressive human resources experience in the private sector in banking and biotech. She, also, has human resources experience in County and City government. Ronee has been a contributing member of the leadership and executive teams. In her business, she draws on this experience, as a speaker, trainer, and consultant. Her passion is developing others.

Ronee has a Bachelor’s in social science and MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University and a Certification in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University. She is a certified coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTACC). In addition, she has a certificate in Talent Optimization.
