Carrie Pierce is a multifaceted entrepreneur, leadership coach, blogger, and author who has composed over 10,000 handwritten notes throughout her career. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania before entering the real estate industry, where she worked for 20 years in Seattle, WA accepting numerous accolades along the way with genuine humility and gratitude to those she worked with.

Currently, Carrie serves as a Leadership Coach at Building Champions, sharing her wealth of experience and knowledge with others. Residing in Chalfont, PA, she is a proud mother of three daughters and the guardian of her pyschotic cat, Phoebe. When she's not immersed in reading or writing, Carrie can be found seeking solace from her children with a pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
