W.S. Alexander is a professor, writer, and illustrator from Durham, North Carolina. He is passionate about fantasy, folklore, and fairytales, often writing stories that encourage positivity and teach a moral. As a lifelong educator he desires to instill a love of reading in students of all ages and encourage them to embrace their own creativity and follow their own unique giftedness and calling in life. When not writing, he can be found drinking a cup of hot tea and daydreaming about his next story idea.
