Debbie Brosnan

Debbie Brosnan teaches private cooking classes, hosts interactive cooking parties, and leads international food and wine-based trips. Her menus focus on whole foods and healthy ingredients, using simple recipes passed down from her family or inspired by her love of travel and dining out.

Her classes and culinary travels include farm-to-table cuisine. Debbie has a diverse understanding of dietary substitutions that can accommodate many food allergies and dietary restrictions. Her desire to modify recipes to be inclusive was inspired by her son’s nut allergies and her best friend’s celiac diagnosis.

Debbie can be found most days cooking in her kitchen, picking up her farm share in the fields of The Food Project, “taste testing” at the many amazing Boston area restaurants, or traveling to Europe with her husband and a group of hungry foodies.
