Michelle Sullivan

Michelle experienced childhood sexual abuse at the age of 4. Although she was not aware of it at the time, it made a profound impact on her life. After carrying around years of unresolved trauma, she decided it was time to be honest about what happened and begin to do the work to heal her "inner child". She says' "trauma has a way of holding you prisoner until you decide to you want to heal, then the work begins".
