Henry Mulder

Henry Mulder is Program Manager Innovation with Trajectum, a care provider for intellectual disabled people needing guidance to participate safely in society, and Senior Consultant at Q-Consult Zorg a consultancy firm focused on practical change and transformation in healthcare.

Recently finished an assignment as Strategic Advisor for MedMij, an interoperability governance foundation commissioned by the administrative collaboration between healthcare insurance companies and the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.

From 2019 to 2022 he was member of the national NEN committee on standards for health information systems.

With a background in technology, marketing and logistics applied in sectors like defense, energy and IT he brings these experiences and insights into the healthcare sector. He is active in communities like the Dutch Chapter of the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and the Systems innovation (Si) Amsterdam Hub for the dissemination of knowledge regarding the data driven healthcare transformation. The book Healthcare Transformation with DevOps of which he is the co-author is the next step in adding cross sectoral expereince to healthcare.
