Michael Harris

I create content around freely available data analysis software, which is primarily R. To that end, I have a reasonably successful website (statswithr), a YouTube channel (Michael Harris, MS, MAS), and I publish these books on Amazon. I am currently employed as a statistician at the Medical University of South Carolina. My interests lean toward machine learning, although in my role as a statistician working with biomedical data, I am developing an appreciation of hypothesis testing. My goals are simple; I want to enable people to perform data analysis without the high cost of specialized software.
