Deepak Saini

Deepak Saini is a Heartfulness meditation practitioner and trainer with over two decades of spiritual training under his Guru. His interest in spiritual knowledge bloomed early when he participated in observing rituals with his mother at the age of seven. Over time his quest for spirituality brought him to the feet of his master at the age of Nineteen, and his spiritual Yatra truly began.

Deepak took to a systematic spiritual practice and study of the significant philosophical, religious and spiritual texts, along with leading a regular corporate and householder life. After years of study, sincere practice and personal meditation experiences, he felt the need to communicate the profound wisdom of the Upanishads, Gita and other great texts via simple story-telling, which all can grasp and benefit from.

Deepak is an IIT Bombay alumnus and held several leadership positions in top corporates and start-ups. He is married and has two lovely children, and lives in Bangalore.
