I am Nanci A. Smith. I am a veteran divorce attorney licensed to practice in Vermont and New York. I am the current Chair of the Collaborative Divorce section of the Vermont Bar Association. I love applying transformational leadership ideas to people's divorces. I am a proponent of Collaborative Divorce. I am a leader in my collaborative divorce practice group, and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. I frequently write and talk about divorce, family law, ethics, and Collaborative Divorce practices. I believes a good divorce is possible when you show up for it with humility, compassion, and the correct support.
