I am a Colorado native living in Arizona with my amazing husband and 3 incredible kids aged 17,19, and 24. I never thought this would be my life path after various careers from flight attendant to Realtor to starting a business in International education.

I am and Aquarius Sun and Pisces North Node and am a fanatic about understanding the energies of the planet and how we are affected by them individually and as a collective. I am an avid skier and love yoga, being in nature, dancing, and just laughing and getting in touch with my inner kid by writing, drawing and anything where I can tap into my creativity.

I am an avid believer in accountability of ones actions and where each individual is in their life. I have been on a beautiful yet grueling journey for the last 10 years of awakening to my true authentic self. Along way uncovering talents and gifts including writing books, meditations, and incorporating energy work into my practice and writings.

The biggest gift I received along the way has been to identify the unconscious systems that have been holding me back in my life. There is an innate part inside of each of you that is screaming to be heard. By peeling the layers of the unconscious mind, you can access this freedom power that will change your life.

I have been called to create a community to support and unite those who are on the path of awakening to the truth of who they are so please look me up if you would like to be a part of it.
