Jannean Hedgespeth

Jannean is an award-winning children’s author and creator of The New Adventures of Frankie & Abby —

faith-based stories that help children embrace who God created them to be. Her signature message,

“Oneness, Not Sameness in Christ,” anchors every book in the series and speaks directly to a question

children carry quietly into every room: do I belong exactly as I am?

In addition to her children’s series, Jannean writes adult Christian fiction that explores marriage as a sacred

covenant, grounded in Scripture. Her books have earned national recognition, are preserved in the

Indianapolis Public Library Special Collections, and are stocked at independent Christian bookstores across

Indiana.
