Lynn is a busy single mum who loves spending time with her family. They are always seeking out new and exciting outdoor adventures!
With 20 years of primary teaching and SLT experience, she has been an Assistant Head, Lead Mentor for initial teacher training and SENCO.
Lynn holds an MA in Education, NASENCO and NPQH. Her particular areas of interest are wellbeing (staff and pupil), SEND, children's mental health, leadership, mentoring and coaching. Recently she has started an Educational Consultancy business for SEND (SEND support) and Teacher Wellbeing (The Wellbeing Lady).

After making the difficult decision to exit the teaching profession, she decided to go self-employed. She has also been writing non-fiction books for the publisher Hinton House about being a special needs coordinator in a school, as well as a second book on social and emotional health in the early years.
