Kimberly Pattison

Kimberly is a mother of three and a proud “Sweetie” to her grandchildren. She knows firsthand the fear children can feel facing new or scary experiences.

Having been a hairdresser for 35 years, she’s seen children anxious about haircuts, and as a mother and wife of police officers, she understands fears around law enforcement. This prompted her to begin her writing journey.

Kimberly writes children’s books to show that it’s okay to feel fear — and even better to conquer it.

She began the Fearless Friends series to help children face life’s fears, while reminding parents to assure their children that, although they may be scared, “THERE’S NOTHING THEY CAN’T DO!”
