Margot Fedoruk

Margot Fedoruk is the author of Cooking Tips for Desperate Fishwives: An Island Memoir ( Heritage House, 2022). Her memoir won Silver in Taste Canada's 2023 award in the culinary narrative category. Fedoruk is a member of the Writers’ Union of Canada, and the Federation of BC Writers, and is currently working on her Master of Library and Information Studies program at the University of Alberta (online). She lives and works on Gabriola Island, BC.
