Doug Bolton is an educator, consultant, and author whose work sits at the intersection of belonging, resilience, and systemic change. He is a clinical psychologist and educator who spent 3 decades working in therapeutic school settings, the final 14 years as the principal of North Shore Academy in Highland Park, Illinois. Currently he consults with schools across the country, providing dynamic professional development workshops and keynotes that blend current research, practice, along with heartwarming and heartbreaking stories from his decades working in schools.
