Ysabel Aymerich

Ysabel Aymerich, RD, LD/N is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She started out her professional career working in international business and the stock market. After several years she decided to follow her passion for wellness and nutrition, went back to school and pursued a career as a dietitian.

She has worked as a private practice dietitian and as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting for over 27 years. With a desire to reach a broader audience she has ventured into her life long dream of writing books to help others live their best life.
