QVC’s collaborative culture became their ultimate strategic advantage in creating a remarkable customer experience and brand. QVC grew beyond $10 b in annual revenue with that philosophy. Stephen was instrumental in shaping a highly engaged workforce and innovation processes that helped propel the company’s double-digit growth. He led the effort to align the development of teams and employees at all levels to QVC’s Values, known collectively as The QVC Difference.

His practice specializes in building “Culture Fluency” through the articulation of Leading Principles, activating employee engagement, and high-performance collaboration. Stephen lives in Chester Springs, PA outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
