We are living in this day and age where distractions seem to be surrounding us constantly and robbing us from valuable time that we should spend on improving ourselves. These distractions could be from the external sources or those internal thoughts that lie within our ears. My greatest passion is guiding people on how to destroy distractions so that they can focus on getting results and have a happier life.
In the early 1980s, I was one of the Vietnamese “boat people” who survived the treacherous sea with twenty-five people on a small fishing boat while searching for freedom. Lost at sea during the first five nights, hope was also lost. With little energy left, everyone found their strength, destroyed distractions, and stayed the course to find freedom. After a total of twenty-one days, we were saved and brought onto land.
I continue to strive and push my own limits while inspiring others not to let go of their inner drive. As a manager for twenty years and a martial artist for more than thirty-five years, I train myself, my employees, and my students to become better than who they were. With discipline, destroying distractions and staying the course simply means success is waiting at the other end. I received a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering at City College of New York and have worked more than twenty-five years professionally in the engineering intellectual property field.
