I've always been fascinated with people and how we engage with life. A born optimist, I see the world as a place of infinite possibilities and opportunity. Maybe I'm mad, but I prefer to be happy than sad, see the best in people and believe in living in love over fear.

As a professional development consultant, I noticed how unhappy many people I worked with were, irrespective of their level of success. As I focused on helping them achieve a greater state of happiness and fulfilment, I discovered the capacity to expand into a Flow state. Through this process, I open to deep states of consciousness, accessing the loving intelligence we call Universal Wisdom. Always for the purpose of providing clarity, broadening perspective and deepening the understanding of life itself, and sharing this wisdom is what brings me here as an author.
