Antoaneta Proctor

Antoaneta Proctor is a practising lawyer and a partner in the Private Client team of London law firm Wedlake Bell. She specialises in international tax and evaluation of risk, cross-border succession, structuring for wealth preservation, next generation transference and family governance.

A significant area of focus for Antoaneta is the preservation and nurturing of family wealth in all its guises (financial, human, intellectual and social), as well as the facilitation of effective communication between the members of multi-generational families and the creation of Family Constitutions.

Her approach is consensual, inclusive and empathetic. Her emphasis is on participation and eliciting the family's own wishes.

Antoaneta has lectured and written articles on family offices and family governance topics for Campden FB, Private Equity News and other publications. Generational Wealth is her first book on the topic, co-authored with Nicholas Charles. It is based on her experiences of working with high-net worth families from a wide range of backgrounds.
