Kate Oczypok Phillips

Kate Oczypok Phillips is a freelance writer, photographer and piano teacher living in Pittsburgh, PA area with her husband and dog Tito. She has a Bachelor's in Journalism and a Master’s in Education, which combine her love of writing and working with children. One of her dreams has been to write a book and she hopes to make stories about Moe (and eventually Tito) into a picture book series.
