Charles R. Meathrell

Charles R. Meathrell is an author, teacher and pastor originally from Salem, West Virginia. He was deeply influenced as a young reader by Lois Lowry, Katherine Patterson, Robert Newton Peck, and many others. The role that teachers, including his own mother, Peggy, had on his love of words is incalculable. It was his father, Carl R. "Bo" Meathrell, though, that passed on his passion for stories. Having lived in West Virginia and South Carolina, he currently lives on a small farm in Ohio with his beautiful wife, Jessica and their boys. He has been richly blessed.
