Tanush Shaska

My research interests are primarily on algebraic curves, automorphisms, hyperelliptic and superelliptic curves, Hurwitz spaces and moduli spaces of curves, weighted projective spaces and their heights, minimal models of curves, algebraic coding, cryptography, etc. In the last few years I have shifted more and more toward arithmetic geometry, including weighted heights, Vojta's conjecture on weighted abelian varieties, GIT heights, etc. I also have a strong interest on data science and artificial intelligence, including computational linguistics.
