Vincent’s work tends to be comedy, but also includes sport and politics. All three of his books have been co-written, two with Andrew Grumbridge and one with Stewart McGill.

Today South London, Tomorrow South London (2018) is an alt-travel guide to an unheralded part of the UK’s capital; part-fiction, part-history, part-pub crawl. It was born out of the slacker blog and podcast, Deserter, and was followed by Shirk, Rest and Play: The Ultimate Slacker’s Bible (2022), a comic guide to getting more out of your life by doing less.

The Roaring Red Front: The World’s Top Left-Wing Clubs (2022) took him out of comedy and into the football stadia of anti-fascist football, with politcal commentator, McGill.

He had previously written for The Guardian, The Independent, Huff Post, Channel 4 and many more in a freelance writing career stretching back to 1998.
